What is the history of soup?
It is believed that the first bowl of soup was prepared around 20,000 BC. It is assumed that early people began cooking broths as soon as they discovered making mud vessels or clay pots. Some historical documents state that soups had become part of the regular menu in many civilizations from 6000 BC onwards.

Side-Effects & Allergies of Tomato
Too much consumption of tomatoes can cause tomato leaf poisoning in some people. A few symptoms of this poisoning are irritation of throat and mouth, dizziness and it may sometimes even cause death. Due to their acidic nature, too much consumption of tomatoes might cause acid reflux. Tomatoes not grown organically might have the high levels of pesticide residue. Tomatoes contain potassium and high potassium levels in blood can impair kidney function. So it is advisable to consume tomatoes in moderation.

Ingredients
Kiwi , cubes : 2 cup
Tomato Juice : 1 ½ cup
Chopped Bell Peppers : ½ cup
Cumin Powder : 1 tsp
Salt : to taste
Lemon Juice: ½ no.
For Garnish
Olive Oil : 1 tsp
Chopped Plum: ½ no.
Chopped Mint Leaves : 1 tsp
Chopped Golden Pieces : as required
Salt : to taste
Crushed Black Pepper : to taste
Lemon Wedge: 1 no.
Popcorn : as required
Process
In a blender add Kiwi pieces, tomato juice, bell pepper pieces, cucumber pieces, cumin powder, salt, lemon juice and blend it well.
Sieve the mixture and remove in a bowl.
Garnish the soup with olive oil, chopped plum and chopped mint leaves.
Apply salt and crushed black pepper on kiwi piece and garnish with this.
Decorate with lemon wedge and popcorn.
