Step 1
Start by a peeling and a slicing an onion, garlic, potato and carrot, separately. Take a saucepan, add a butter and a heat it an over a medium flame. When butter starts to a melt, add onion a slices and a garlic in the pan. Saute them an over a medium a flame until an onions are tender and golden a brown in colour.
