Red Capsicum( bell pepper) Soup- succulent haze prepared with red capsicums, tomatoes, garlic, peppercorns. This red capsicum haze is actually easier than other mists.

As this is a quick haze to make, this is also perfect for a regale party or for a family get- together. The red capsicums also called as sweet peppers and they can be eaten raw or cooked.

To make these red capsicum haze, you have to cut the capsicums and tomatoes into big pieces. Toss the capsicum pieces in a visage for a many twinkles to remove the raw smell of the capsicums and also add all the remaining constituents.

Constituents

1 red capsicum
2 tomato
5 garlic cloves
small piece gusto
2 tsp pepper
small piece gusto
1 tbsp sludge flour
mug milk
2 tbsp adulation, voluntary
many spring onions
Swab to taste

Cut the red capsicum in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and white pith. Cut them into small cells and cut the tomatoes and peel the garlic and gusto.

Turn them constantly and when it starts to turn black add the tomatoes, garlic cloves, gusto, black pepper and add 2 mugs of water. Cook them well on medium heat for 15 twinkles and turn off the heat.

Allow this to cool down fully and add it to a big mixer jar. Grind it nicely.
Transfer it to the same kadai and add some further water. Add the needed swab and allow the haze to boil for 10 twinkles.
In the meantime, dissolve the sludge flour with1/2 mug of milk and keep it ready.
Now add the sludge flour excerpt to the haze and reduce the heat to low and boil for a couple of twinkles and turn off the heat. Add adulation and serve it hot.
