300g smoked pork bones – wash & rinsed well
3 red apples – wash, core removed, cut into 3cm pcs
2 brown onions – skin removed, wash, cut into 3cm pcs
15g dried lily bulb – rinse in water
4 dried honey dates – rinse in water
2.5 litres water
Salt to taste


Method

Place all ingredients (except salt) into large pot. Cook for 30 minutes and simmer for 2-3 hours. Remove excess oil then add salt to taste.
